Alcohol Rehabilitation Facility</a></span> has emerged unscathed from the threat of Cyclone Rusty on February 27th in Western Australia's north-west. </p>The lightweight construction techniques used to reduce the cost and carbon impact of the project was at serious risk of being picked up by the strong winds - potentially causing irreparable damage and delay.
